Through your participating in this program, you learn the system, and have the opportunity to prepare for the CCO written, as well as the practical exam. You will experience the personal empowerment of knowledge. The knowledge gained may help inspire some of you to enter the training field of service, to influence the future youth crane operators. This program provides participating crane operators with an opportunity for small or large groups working within an educational structure, that encourages the learning of more effective skills, the process of rational choices, and greater understanding of the challenges you will face.
